Ingredients:
- 1 cup cold water or almond milk
- Handful of ice
- 1 cup baby kale, washed thoroughly, loosely chopped
- ¾ cup frozen cherries
- 1-2 serves of vanilla protein
- ½ cup low fat low sugar vanilla yogurt
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- cinnamon, to serve
Method:
Step 1: Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until cherry-nilla liquid is rich, thick and creamy consistency.
Step 2: Pour Cherry Liquid Meal into a chilled glass and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon.
